The research project MoVE (Modular Validation Environment) started on 01.10.2017. In this BMBF-funded research project, 16 partners from industry and science are investigating ways to support the development, approval and commissioning of openly networked medical devices. The aim is to develop a simulation and test platform that enables developers, operators and licensing authorities to reproduce complex scenarios and thus test medical devices in a realistic, simulated environment. The research project was applied for by OR.NET e.V. and is led by Prof. Thomas Neumuth as project manager and by Max Rockstroh as responsible network manager / project manager.
