Komplexe Behandlungen stellen hohe Anforderungen an das klinische Personal hinsichtlich der Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Informationen und die Steuerung von unterst\u00fctzenden technischen Systemen. Leider sind viele Bereiche aktuell noch durch eine geringe Interoperabilit\u00e4t der Systeme ausgezeichnet. Daten oder Funktionen stehen also nur an den eingesetzten Systemen selbst und nicht in einer \u00fcbergeordneten Infrastruktur oder an anderen Ger\u00e4ten zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die Arbeit der Kliniker wird durch Arbeiten erschwert, die nicht der eigentlichen Kernaufgabe, der Behandlung des Patienten, dienen.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel sollte es sein, dass dem ausf\u00fchrenden Arzt alle Informationen und Kontrollm\u00f6glichkeiten dort zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen, wo er sie f\u00fcr die Behandlung des Patienten ben\u00f6tigt. Nur so kann er sich vollst\u00e4ndig auf die Versorgung konzentrieren und muss seinen Arbeitsablauf nicht dadurch unterbrechen, dass er in Akten nach Daten sucht, an einem entfernten Ger\u00e4t Einstellungen ver\u00e4ndert oder einen Wert abliest. Wenn wir\u2028n\u00e4mlich intelligente und kontextsensitive Alarmierungssysteme und\u2028Entscheidungsunterst\u00fctzungssysteme haben, dann k\u00f6nnen wir mehr Leitlinienadh\u00e4renz und mehr\u2028Qualit\u00e4t garantieren. Und das kommt unseren Patienten immer zugute.\u201c\u2028[\u2026]<br \/>\n\u201eAu\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen wir eine Telesupervision realisieren, wenn die verschiedenen Daten im OP\u2028zusammengetragen werden, zusammen mit einer Video\u00fcbertragung dem Oberarzt \u00fcbermittelt\u2028werden. Hierdurch kann der Oberarzt sehr zeitnah den Assistenz\u00e4rzten Hilfestellungen geben, und\u2028insbesondere bei Notfallsituationen kann hier wertvolle Zeit gespart werden. Alles in allem glaube\u2028ich, dass wir es uns langfristig gar nicht leisten k\u00f6nnen, auf eine Vernetzung von medizintechnischen\u2028Ger\u00e4ten und Informationssystemen im OP und in der Klinik zu verzichten. Dann am Ende profitieren\u2028alle davon, vor allen Dingen der Patient, aber dar\u00fcber hinaus der Arzt, weil sein Arbeitsalltag\u2028erleichtert wird, die Hersteller dieser Ger\u00e4te, denen sich
